At VERNAL, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and certain custom-made furniture pieces are final sale.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
